Sudheer has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 35 years and has worked for some of the largest accountancy practices of Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse which led to postings in London and the Netherlands.
Sudheer specialised in Interim Manager assignments and Fraud Investigations whilst at Price Waterhouse, servicing clients in the UK, Europe, USA and Canada.
Since 1991, Sudheer has acquired broad commercial experience and expertise in a range of Industries and has specialised in advising the Travel Industry. In that period Sudheer has owned and managed and consulted with Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Bed Banks and an Airline amongst other businesses.
Sudheer initially started his Trustee business activities specialising in the Travel Sector in 2001 in a Joint Venture where he set up a long standing Travel Trustee business. He has become an expert in the field of Trusts and Escrow arrangements involving the protection of Consumer and other funds and he has managed a very large number of Trusts. In that period Sudheer has expanded the range of Trust and Escrow services provided by PT Trustees into a number of sectors encompassing Travel (Flight and Non Flight), Gift Cards & Vouchers, Festivals and Acquirer protection vehicles, amongst others business sectors. This diversification and growth has been achieved as a result of the unrivalled Team that has been built up at PTT coupled with the suite of systems that have been developed to manage each of the clients.
Kessa has 6 years of business consulting and Internal Audit experience. She was part of the Risk Advisory Services at PwC Mauritius, with a focus on Internal Audit and Process Improvement. She has worked extensively on Internal Audit assignments for multinationals in Mauritius and Africa and has been exposed to sectors as diverse as hospitality and leisure, financial institutions and investment companies, amongst others.
Kessa is a BSc graduate in Mathematics and is pursuing her ACCA qualifications. Kessa is a very skilled Trustee well able to manage the interests of all stakeholders – Kessa is well suited to the Trust business. Kessa has helped develop a unique system- based tool iCheck for checking and validating claims from Trust accounts. The introduction of iCheck means it is possible to test claims in great detail and select samples in a time efficient manner. This works for Non Travel Trusts as well.
Yanli is a graduate of Xi’an University in China with a degree in Financial Accountancy. She has worked with a number of companies in various capacities and amongst her roles has worked as part of a Financial Accounts team for a large business for over 10 years where in addition to the normal accountancy functions, she also had to prepare for annual audits.
In addition, Yanli has worked for businesses where she has been responsible for meeting the specific needs of individual clients – her last role before joining PTT was at Marks & Spencer. These experiences in Finance and Customer Service mean that Yanli is well suited to the role of Trustee Executive as she is capable of carrying out the role effectively whilst maintaining good relations with all Stakeholders.
Yanli has embarked on obtaining AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualifications and will shortly achieve her AAT Diploma.
Swapna has over three years of accounting experience and is a Trustee Executive at PTT Swapna is an enthusiastic and motivated member of PTT team and apart from her Trustee role has started to add to the enhancement of Artificial Intelligence Technology at PTT.
Prior to joining PTT Swapna worked as an Account Executive at one of UK’s leading construction firms and was responsible for maintaining supplier relationships along with accounts reconciliations & payments. Swapna is a graduate from JNTU university in India with a degree in B.Tech (IT field) and is pursuing her AAT qualification.
Celine has over 20 years experience in the travel industry in the UK and Europe. Amongst her roles working for one of the UK’s biggest tour operators she was responsible for managing supplier rates negotiations and was consistently involved in delivering high profile projects dealing directly with complex client group needs.
Celine studied International trade and tourism in France and has recently passed the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Advanced qualification. Celine’s combined experience in the travel industry and accounting knowledge lend themselves ideally to the Trust business.
Srivalli has over 3 years of progressive advancement in the IT industry in the areas of analysis, development, and customization of Geographic Information Systems tools. Prior to joining PTT, Srivalli worked as a software developer with RMS (Risk Management Solutions), a business with its headquarters in California.
Srivalli is a graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India with a degree in B.Tech (Computer Science). She is skilled in various programming languages. With her expertise in various Technologies, Srivalli adds a new dimension to PT Trustees in the areas of software development and automation coupled with the role of a Trustee Executive.
Imdad has over 10 years of work experience in the banking and finance sector across Mauritius and Canada. He has previously worked for Accenture Mauritius Ltd, Grant Thornton (France Ltd) and Outremer Telecom in various positions. During his time with these companies, Imdad obtained a broad experience working with diverse industries. Imdad was also involved in overseas training during his time with Accenture.
Before joining PT Trustees, Imdad was a senior loan underwriter at Goeasy Ltd, one of the leading lenders in Canada.
Imdad holds a diploma in Accounting and Business and is currently studying towards his Bsc Business Management with Specialisation in Financial Risk Management.
This ability to understand risk is of significant benefit to the Trusts operated by PTT and its clients.
Jennie has over 15 years administration experience working in a range of business sectors.
She has worked with companies of varying size, including large corporates such as Cadbury and Ernst & Young working at Partner and CEC level, and more recently running a company supporting smaller companies with all their administration needs.
Jennie joins PTT on a part-time basis and her skill set and experience will be a great addition to the team.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Iva lived in Uherske Hradiste, South Moravia and studied to become
a Clinical Dietician in Brno working in SZU (National Institute of Public Health) for 5 years. Iva moved to
London in 1999 to study English and further her studies and build her career in different fields. Since moving to London Iva has gained over 20 years of operations experience spanning various industries
such as healthcare, logistics and fashion.
She has held senior roles while working for well established
brands such as, Jon Adam, Andromeda Logistics and Cardiologist UK.
Before joining PT Trustees, Iva was a Private Practice Manager in the cardiology field covering highly
regarded clinics across London such as The Harley Street Clinic and The Wellington Clinic.
Iva joins PT Trustee on a part-time basis bringing a wealth of operational and administrative experience
and expertise to further strengthen the team.
